2022 Mokelumne River recreation flow days

PG&E has announced the 2022 recreational flow release days on the Mokelumne River.

This year there will be flow days on all three runs. Please note the Devil’s Nose run is Class V – for experienced boaters only!

River recreation is a great way to inspire environmental advocates, which is part of why we worked with PG&E to make these flow days happen. As part of our settlement agreement, we negotiated with PG&E to ensure there are a minimum number of days with flows optimal for whitewater boating on the runs impacted by their project operations on the Mokelumne. We hope that people will take these recreational flow opportunities to experience the charm and beauty of the Mokelumne River.

Devils Nose: April 9 & 10.

Electra: May 28 & 30, June 5 & 12.

Tiger Creek: April 9 & 10, May 28 & 30, June 3, 5, 10, & 12 .

Please feel free to share these dates with friends and family, we want everyone to be aware of this opportunity!
