Join the Watershed Protection Alliance on November 13th at the bridge on Highway 49 near Electra Road in Jackson. We need your help cleaning up this site and removing waste from the Mokelumne River – RSVP below!
The cleanup begins at 9 AM and will be over by noon at the latest. We will provide snacks and trash grabbers – please wear sturdy boots and long pants and bring a water bottle and work gloves (we will have a few pair to loan).
The Watershed Protection Alliance is a collaboration between Foothill Conservancy, Sierra Wind Wellness and Recovery, and the City of Jackson. We also receive generous support from ACES Waste Disposal Services. Together, we work to provide equitable access to waste disposal for our unhoused neighbors.
