Cleanup near Amador City

Join the Watershed Protection Alliance on Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 10:00 to 1:00 to cleanup the area around New Chicago Rd. & Turner Rd in Amador City. We will be meeting in the area where the two roads intersect. Please RSVP below.
We will provide snacks and trash grabbers – please wear sturdy boots and long pants and bring a water bottle and work gloves (we will have a few pair to loan).
Directions:
*If you are coming from Jackson, you can take Amador Creek Rd. out of Amador City (it’s by the Imperial Hotel). Take a left when you reach Turner Rd. and go until you reach the intersection with New Chicago Rd.
*If you are coming from Drytown, take New Chicago Rd. out of the center of Drytown and go until you reach Turner Rd. intersection.
The Watershed Protection Alliance is a collaboration between Foothill Conservancy, Sierra Wind Wellness and Recovery, and the City of Jackson. We also receive generous support from Republic Services, Jackson Rancheria and Sutter Amador Hospital.
